Lettermail does not have tracking.

You may select Expedited shipping if you would prefer to have your book with tracking no matter what.

Local pickup is available if you'd like to come by the physical store front in Laval, QC.

Cost to combine shipping in Canada is $2 CAD per each additional book. For US buyers, books are an additional $4 CAD per book.

We operate standard business hours when submitting combined shipping invoices, responding to messages or making/accepting counter offers where applicable.

We're located in the greater Montreal, QC area so that is Eastern Standard time.

We try to respond within 1-2 business days and eBay and store staff are unavailable on Weekends. We may do all of the above outside of those business hours, we just do not guarantee doing so.

Condition of comic books where applicable:

We do not guarantee gem mint copies of books. 

We take great care of each book once in our hands and return damaged books, but we can't guarantee HIGH GRADE books every time. They are bagged and boarded in the store, after being packed and unpacked on multiple occasions from printer to warehouses to our store.
