The staff at BD Cosmos takes great care of each book once in our hands. It is important to note that no book BD Cosmos sells is untouched (save sealed omnibus and the likes).

• We are not the first people to manipulate your comics (after publishers and shippers).

• Comics are bagged and boarded in store, by careful staff, after printer and warehouse manipulations.

BD Cosmos accepts returns for books damaged in transit, but we cannot guarantee High Grade books every time.

Shipping

Please note that shipping and release dates are approximate.

Items usually ship out within 2 business days of receiving orders, receiving stock shipment, and after legal release date.

All orders of one (1) to three (3) single issue comic books are shipped in Gemini mailer boxes via Canada Post Lettermail services (unless clients specify other types of shipping*)

• Lettermail Shipping does not provide tracking or insurance on the package. With lettermail shipping, neither BD Cosmos or the customer have any way of following the shipment progression during transit.

• Customers may select the “Expedited Shipping” option regardless of the contents of their order if they would like to have tracking and insurance on their order during transit.

• Local Pickup is no longer offered through our eBay store since 2024.

• Customers may refer to the comments on our ratings to see the standard of packaging we offer to ensure items arrive at destination in the best possible condition.

Ebay Combined Shipping

BD Cosmos offers combined shipping.

• To access the combined shipping reduced fees, please complete your order on a computer desktop, using either of the following Chromium-based browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, etc.

• The combined shipping reduces fee option is not available on the ebay mobile app, or on the Safari browser.

When your cart is full, please click on the REQUEST TOTAL button at checkout. Then, await our manual invoice to complete your payment.

• BD Cosmos takes on average 1 business day to send your manual invoice.

• Your items are reserved on our eBay stock while you await our manual invoice.

• The combined shipping fees are $2 CAD per additional book to a maximum of 3 books for Lettermail Shipping. For USA buyers, shipping fees are $4 CAD per additional book.

If payment for your order has not been processed within 96 hours (four days) of purchase, eBay will automatically cancel your order. BD Cosmos cannot do anything to change or prevent this.

Please be mindful of your timeframes.

You can, however, make a new order and try again.

IMPORTANT: If you complete your payment before receiving the manual invoice from BD Cosmos, we will not be able to offer any sort of refund, as eBay charges sellers fees based on the total amount paid.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are properly informed of the conditions of purchase before placing their order.

eBay Pre-Orders

Publishers are notorious for often changing, pushing, and delaying book release dates, so please keep checking on your comic from its listings page for the updated release date.

• If you have purchased an item before its release date update, the item title on your order is locked in and cannot be changed to accommodate the new release date. The comic’s listing, however, will keep being updated as we get new information.

Please ignore eBay shipping dates and timeframes. Instead, please refer to the dates in the item title to understand when your item will be shipped to you.

• If the release date is passed, or during the week, your order should be shipped within 5 business days.

• If the release date is in a month, your order should be shipped within the week of the book’s release date.

• If the release date is in longer than three months, your order will be shipped when the book arrives in store, regardless of eBay’s deadline of three (3) months, since we cannot ship you a book that is not released yet.

BD Cosmos always strives to ship your items within the week of their release.

Reminder: ALL stock image covers are subject to change by the manufacturer before the release date. The manufacturer may not provide a stock image for their final version of the comic book.

BD Cosmos cannot accept returns for image changes by the manufacturer, as BD Cosmos has no control over it.
